Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping in Australia is FREE. However we don't yet ship outside Australia.
We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 3 working days, however orders will not be dispatched over the weekend or on Victorian public holidays. There may also be cases in which we need to pick your order from one of our stores, which may further delay delivery. All deliveries will be shipped from Cambridge Clothing Company Ltd. in Fitzroy, Victoria.
Expected delivery to Australian capital cities will be 3-5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to regional Australia may take longer - up to 7 working days.All deliveries within Australia are sent via registered post by Australia Post. An email with tracking details will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order. If you are experiencing a delay or would like to enquire about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will happily cover the cost of your return. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If any of these conditions has not been met, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
To organise your return, first email us a email@example.com with your request. We will then send you a pre-paid return form that you'll need to print out and attach to the original packaging before dropping at your nearest Australia Post location. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is due to a customer change of mind, shipping and handling must be at the customer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 1 working day to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days.

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 37 Smith Street, Fitzroy, Victoria, 3065, Australia.
